So which is it, 12 or 20k EM? Anyone have an idea why they give such very different numbers?

Is there a behind-the-scenes dial dev being used to tweak ship-level DPS beyond that from component contributions?

Looks like the comparison is calculating from the same database, as both numbers are generated from components for the same live version ending 6048 otherwise.

Unless something else is going on, generally the data from a Development build is either out of date, or imaginary. It takes incredibly strong discipline to brake that tradition.
