hello everyone, i took a break from star citizen for about a year, and now when i come back the game freezes every couple minutes or so for about 30 seconds or so. i just upgraded my machine and im a little concearned about this, so is this something on the server side or is my pc at fault.

cpu- ryzen r7 2700x at 4.0ghz
mobo-asus prime x470
ram- 16gb patriot viper memory at 2666
gpu-gtx 980 4gb with a slight overclock
the game is also on an ssd
