Friendly Reminder: Bump the TEST recruitment thread

During the planetside 2 setup someone mentioned that we should be bumping the TEST squadron recruitment thread on the RSI forums. Keeping it on the front page will let us bring in more aurora pilots so everyone should head over there occasionally and bump the thread.
