Getting listed on TEST forums "current streamer" page

Hey gang, looking to figure out what I need to do to get listed on the "STREAMS" tab here on the forums and wherever else TEST has live listings. I'm on the TEST gaming team on twitch, but don't show up here on the forums when I go live.
