Not just anybody.

So who would a normal person send an email to at CIG to have their package mucked about with? I have a few ships and I'd like to put the LTI, alpha, and beta access of my packacge on one of the others so I can get rid of the package ship I'm not that fond of.

You can contact customer support and plead with them.

If they are not busy and feel like being nice, then they might do it for you.

If the option will be available through cross-chasis upgrades, then they will just tell you to wait.

they are pretty nice indeed (to bad i couldn't get a one time offer to buy the Starfarer from them tho ) :)
But i know the feeling... wish i had upgraded the Freelancer in my pledge to a MIS instead of the MAX.
But then again... i don't have a LTI, so it dosn't realy matter

The hull transfer is actually just a part of my issue here; I was legitimately curious at the apparent lack of a "contact us" section. Maybe I'm just a dumb-dumb and can't see it, but I was curious if there was a listed "oh hey I need [email protected]" for us normal, non-concierge people.
