Need help calculating CFM required to maintain server rack cooling at the max peak.
I am installing and walling up a server rack in a walk-in closet.
Noise is a consideration, looking at mixed flow inline fan options with automatic variable speed controllers.
Max peak will unlikely be reached but want CFM overhead capability to handle max peak for safety.

Average house/room ambient temperature is usually 80F/26.7C
There is a 6" AC vent in the closet and no AC return.
I will run either 8" or 12" ducting and run heat through the closet wall to a 2 story stairway.
This stairway leads to the 3rd-floor loft where all AC filtered intake vents are.
This should be a sufficient area to dissipate the server heat.

Assume some resistance as the airflow will make an up to four 90 degree turns via 8inch or 12inch ducting depending on CFM overhead requirements.

There will be three 1600 watt gaming pc in 4U cases, and an additional 1600 watts from other equipment

1600 watts x4 = 6400 watts max peak
6400 watts x3.412 = 21,836.8 BTU/hr max peak

1.8F = 1C

#########
CFM scenario calculation estimates (double check me please)

20F degrees difference between ambient air and heat output.
20F / 1.8 = 11.1111C
11.1111C x 1.1 = 12.2222 delta
22,000 BTU/hr /12.2222 delta = 1800CFM required

10F degrees difference between ambient air and heat output.
10F / 1.8 = 5.555556C
5.555556C x 1.1 = 6.11111 delta
22,000 BTU/hr /6.11111 delta = 3600CFM required

5F degrees difference between ambient air and heat output.
5F / 1.8 = 2.777778C
2.777778C x 1.1 = 3.055556 delta
22,000 BTU/hr /3.055556 delta = 7200CFM required
#########

Add Tripp Lite SRCOOL12K Gen 2 12,000 BTU cooling system.
A practical option for closed system cooling, desire remote monitoring, a cost-effective option.
But open to other cooling options around the $700 to $1400 price range.

How much CFM overhead is needed to maintain cooling at max peak of 22K BTU with this 12K cooler installed?
This is where I get completely lost... so any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I also need to find an emergency auto power-off fire detection system.
Some kind of turn off switch I can use for 5 circuits in the event a fire or smoke is detected.
I have a manual turn off double pole switch solution for the 5 circuits but I also need an automatic one that shuts off both hot and neutral when fire or smoke is detected.
Any ideas?

Just throw a handful of twentys a month at amazon or azure and be done with it. Most people are giving up hosting their own servers if you're talking a farm less than 100 servers.

What are the servers actually for?

this is for gaming computers (centrally for the whole house) and misc network stuff. I am not hosting a service.
I drew this for Karab, he's been helping me brainstorm this.
The blue is the reframing/remodel to enclose the rack.
it's an approximately 10x7 walk-in closet.

cold/hot was assuming I wasn't going to use a mini-split system. And I was thinking could get away with dumping the heat into the stairway for the main AC to handle.
Probably not the best idea... lol
