Not really. But it was taken off the roadmap after the last major update.

Aye the Hercules is a better ship, but this is why I have not applied my CCU from the Taurus to the Hercules as it was expected to come out before the Hercules.
This was a misprint, confirmed by Zyloh. FAIL CIG FOR SHAME!
