Wtf? Ambulances sponsored by Guiness? OK I know that they used to give it to hospital patients a few years ago for the iron etc, and that half of the people that the ambulances carry are probably there due to alcohol, but there seems to be something very wrong with this picture.
Unless of course it's doubling as a mobile pub, in which case all is right with world.
