I hear that Deutschland is the place to go for women of TEST caliber...
I'm just seeing this while waking up after nearly no sleep during the past nearly 2 weeks, so forgive my memory being a bit foggy, but given its name, isn't Octoberfest sometimes happening during Citizencon? If so, I can only imagine that a Bar Citizen event happening near & during a CitizenCon in Germany, would be absolutely TESTified.
