I am currently using Windows 8.1 and tried to install IVONA Voices 2 last night using the AMY voice. When I try to select her in my text to speech it says can't use this voice please select another voice or a different output audio device.
It also won't let me uninstall IVONA, changed my text to speech back to Hazel and says a program is currently using IVONA please close the program to continue, but I have no damn idea what program is using it.
Also using Razer Surround, tried closing razer synapse and still wouldn't let me use the voice. Tried changing my headphones to default communication device (Razer Surround was set as default) still won't let me use or uninstall the voice.
Any ideas?
