The USAF F-47 Next Generation Air Dominance contract has officially been given to Boeing, as opposed to Lockheed Martin or Northrup Grumman, which is a big surprise. GE Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney are still competing for the engines and first flights are expected in 2029.
