This is a big deal, and though it is new; one hopes CIG will work it into game as a normal sort of radar. The work on this actually goes back more than half decade. This is the first time academics have made it work. Could be they've had this at Lockheed Martin for half decade. I would not be surprised if USAF were already flying this.
