I've heard this was the place to go for crazy people who enjoy playing the game how they want to.

I pledged for Star Citizen due to the fact that the game itself is perfect for me:

- Space (Check)
- Open World (Check)
- Spaceships (Check)
- SpacePvP (Check)
- Being able to play the game you want (RolePlay/PvP/Trade/Mining/Escortmissions) (Check)
- I could go on but you all know of Star Citizen aswell

Im currently in Reddfaction but TESTsquad seems like a fitting place for me. I have many talents fit for a guild that I have gathered from many other games (WoW and other MMORPGs). I aim to make the game fun for myself and my team/guildmembers (Roleplay, jokes, TS/Skype/mumble).

Am currently playing different games to prepare myself for Star Citizen

League of Legends (Angermanagement and Patience)
Rust (RP and Survival)
Risk of Rain
WoW (not as active lately, waiting for new addon)
CSS CS:GO

Rust (RP and Survival)

How is the world organized in Rust, I was curious? Are there lots of both small and big independent servers like Minecraft or are there only several, tightly regulated servers (like DayZ)? I was holding out a bit longer before buying it since I'd kick myself for playing another open ended game.

How is the world organized in Rust, I was curious? Are there lots of both small and big independent servers like Minecraft or are there only several, tightly regulated servers (like DayZ)? I was holding out a bit longer before buying it since I'd kick myself for playing another open ended game.

It´s a worthwile purchase if you can live with waiting for updates. The map is fairly big (not like DayZ), I think 20-30 players fit there perfectly but there are servers with 50+ players. Servers are hosted by hostingcompanies (you cant host on your own yet, you have to rent a server) most are customized and some have different mods.

Gameplay is fun but there are too many KoS and it gets boring quickly when Admin just spawns stuff.

Id say Ive got enough enjoyment already out of the game to justify the purchase. I am waiting for the update where they introduce the helicopter you can build.

I've learned the hard way that you have to keep the jokes to a minimum around here. This is a more of a cosplay / drunken Celtic poetry kind of crowd.
