Biography
From a wealthy family who made their money from early IPO's of Anvil stocks. Has travelled extensively, bank rolled by a generous trust fund. Totally lacking in any kind of life experience that may give what commanding officers would look for and refer to as 'spine'.
Enlisted under the influence and probably thought he was getting a date with the recruiting officer. When not training at flight school he worked the officers mess and built up an enviable list of friends and favours. Went on to work as quarter master for the Navy's bar's, in doing so further cementing his role as an alcoholic enabler.
Once the influence he had garnered became noticeable he was given full flight status and moved back into active service. Despite cashing in a number of favours it seems the UEE has managed to keep him there for the time being.
Commanders Notes:
A gentleman first and foremost, how he advanced to hold his current rank is somewhat puzzling given his predilection to avoiding sobriety.
Combat wise technically proficient as a pilot though refuses to indulge in what he refers to as 'ungentlemanly combat'. This precludes him from taking on stealth missions as he will insist on 'demanding satisfaction' by public broadcast and then trying to engage in a duel. Faced by anything more than 1 on 1 odds will most likely flee.
Outside of duelling, the idea of tactics is lost on him and under no circumstances should he be entrusted to command anything more complex than a bar.

Duelled one on one with the noted Vanduul ace BigMac. After several passes both ships were damaged to such an extent they were pulled into the gravity well of the local planet and conveniently crashed near each other and a bar. All weapons had been rendered inaccessible/inoperable, lacking any other means of killing anyone in what Kovakx referred to as a fair fight, he managed to get the BigMac into the bar on the suggestion they finish the duel by shots.
It remains the only entry on the UEE kill registered as 'kill by bar shots'.
Disciplinary Notes
Has been cautioned on multiple occasions to stay out of the high G spin room. Despite multiple attempts he has yet to prove that he can hold down a bottle of vodka past 5.45G.
