RSI forum signatures files

There's some nice sigs TESTies are sporting on the RSI forums. Are those available for others of us to use? If so, how do I grab the one TestBot's sporting?

Also, that one has a hyperlink leading back to /r/TestSquadron. Do we officially want to be pointing people to subreddit, here, the RSI recruitment thread, or the RSI organization page?
