Star Jump: Fleet Viewer and Fleet Command

Many of you enjoy Star Jump: Fleet Viewer to organize your personal fleets in a nice visual spectacle. But, I just learned a few new things about upcoming changes to Fleet Viewer as well as a new system called Fleet Command.
