Update Week 9/16

Hello guys.

I'm sorry about my inactivity but there is no time. we wake up 0500 to clean everything for appeal at 0800. Then we work to 1700 and after that we clean our gear for the next day, and eat dinner. We have 2-3 hrs for ours self and i use doing stuff with my comrades. My comrades haven’t been you guys I’m sorry. But I’ll be back soon!

Uhh and i lost 9 kilo in total!
