From what I have seen in the past, primarily from Teller, yes indeed the Void Bomber will carry multiple boarding craft like the Cleaver and is the size and power of the Idris, with heavier weapons, but less ability to sustain a hit. The Mauler is supposed to be the size of a Cruiser--larger than the Frigates like the Idris, but smaller than the Destroyers like the Javelin.
