Roger that. Naval designations change at different times and places, but generally Frigates are the smallest "ships of the line" whereas Corvettes are generally smaller and not considered ships of the line. Destroyers are often very big ships but in the US Navy during WWII, the "Tin Cans" that were smaller than Frigates. Now they're much larger.
