What is the little white ship?

Looks like a pregnant Eclipse. I don’t think it is a stock ship. Looks like it has been altered by a Vulture. There are some special tricks with the Vulture that will for example, let you stick a Hurricane turret on the Sentinel. I’m guessing this white one in the center is some of that? Are those winglets even from an Eclipse? Maybe they’re off a Crusader ship?
