So a lot of us have been updating our fleets in the Fleet Repository thread but it's not a google doc as far as I've seen. Just Testies posting fleet view pics.

Keeping all ships up to date is a pointless endeaver 50% of Testies are in hibernation. 50% of the active ones don't read here. The next 50% don't care to update. And all fleets are constantly changing. And the most active ones here are also the die hard fans with the most ships, yo you can't even extrapolate rom the existing data.

So unless CIG provides an org api where we can read out the fleet of the members, you will never get an exact result.
