So I'm developing a cryptocurrency mining business model.
I've been drafting a financial model and business model.
But I need something for it that's outside of my wheel house.
I need an architectural plan drafted so I can estimate an accurate building costs and labor for build out.
I tried fiverr but it's like all the bidders on my listing have 5 year old intellects or are complete fakes that have no idea what they are doing or how to speak / interpret english.

Here's that I've been asking
(character length limited bid listing description)
"Hi, I need an Arch Design and Vis. A simple square building with a flat roof with a surrounding pony wall on roof and a perimeter wall. 120 feet by 120 feet on a 150x150ft property. Needs to conform to Nevada USA residential codes. Needs utilities and powerful HVAC. Use is for a mini server building."

Then when I get bids I reply to their bids with this
Hi.
How detailed are your plans?
I need plans and visualization.
But the plans need to be detailed so a very close approximation of all costs can be figured out.
The property needs total of 2000 amp power service. I guess five 400 amp panels would work.
HVAC cooling for the building has to handle a max capacity of 1,364,800 BTUs due to max power capacity of 400 kWh.
Needs a backup generator solution for that kind of power.
The roof will have solar panels for as much as the approximate 120 foot by 120 foot area.
The roof is surrounded by a short pony wall.
The property perimeter (guessing 1/2 acre around 150 feet by 150 feet) is surrounded by a wall with one solid automatic entry gate.
Additional yard space on sides and back between perimeter and building will be utilized for the backup generators and power blocks from Tesla and additional solar panels.
Foundation, perimeter wall, and building walls is concrete pour.
Front part of property between perimeter and building will have parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Is this something you can design detailed enough to have accurate building material costs and labor calculated for?
Thank you.
Common sense wise, everything needs to fall under Nevada building codes as described in my listing description. But these sellers are too damn dumb to understand this concept even when I spell it out for them in great detail the background info on why I need this and what this is.

Very aggravating. I am even dumbing my communication down as simplistic and as clear as possible.

So, anyone have any recommendations on a platform or know someone who can help me out with this?
Just need something for making an accurate estimate for building costs and labor.

I've been losing lots of sleep on this because I'm so excited about the business model.

Quick question about profitability:

I assume you are planning to mine alt coins which you are basing profitability projections off current price levels.

What happens when the market corrects?

You are obviously aware of the risks involved, my concern is that not only difficulty levels are through the roof from most coins, but will you still be able to be profitable through a 75%-90% correction from current levels?

Do you want to own the property or lease?

Either way, competent builders or R.E. pros should have a handle on cost per square foot for warehouse space in your area. The specifics of your buildout won't change the cost much percentage-wise.

Don't forget you're now competing for space with commercial marijuana growers in Nevada. The value of warehouse space has skyrocketed in Colorado for just this reason.

Yep, but with my model only about 20% of mining rig buildout is done for alt coins (GPU) due to higher power costs and scaling costs as opposed to mining with asic solutions. The cost savings via ASIC rigs are massive and revenue scales very well. The business model doesn't take into account the appreciative value of the currencies but rather the value that's mined daily per mining solution. Even with a ridiculous correction, I really don't see BTC dropping 90% of its total value too many people value what crypto represents and BTC as the main cryptocurrency. Sure I could see BTC dropping back down to maybe $5K per coin, but not for long. The market is still growing and it's nowhere near a reasonable percentage of global market share that it will likely become as other properties of value. I mean, if anyone knows something contrary based on data not opinions, I'd really really would love to hear.

Properties here are going up because market seems to be doing better and raiders are moving into town.
What used to be a ~$100K property is now $250K... It seems like it would be much cheaper to buy land and do a buildout specifically for this. It adds value to the business that a lease can not provide.
