Hi there Testies!

I'm looking for a used cheap laptop! (around 200 Euro + shipping)

Currently I have an old Lenovo SL500 which has a Core2Duo, some old crap nvidia graphics, 2Gb Ram, SSD, really dull colourless matt screen. I need something better!

I'm looking to buy one for 2 completely separate reasons:
1. I would like to replace my old one which I use 98% to stream games through Steam from my PC and browse the web. For this, I'd like a better screen, and a CPU or GPU with built-in h264 decoding, so my streaming won't lag cos of the bloody old CPU being overtaxed by Windows. So this means a newer "multimedia" model (which translates as cheap specs, not a powerhouse, but can play HD videos on an okay screen)
2. I'll soon need a laptop to use outside while filming stuff, depending on specs it would be used to manage and review footage and if it has the power, to composite them on-site. This means an older business laptop (like this) ,with an i5 or better CPU, probably a similarly crap screen as now, and in rare cases a dedicated GPU to use in comp software. It would probably have the option for an extra large battery, which is a nice plus.

If I get option 1, I could still do the file management on site, and forget about using it for actual work, but that's an option I can live with.
If I get option 2, I'll have a work machine that does streaming better due to more power, but still a rather dull screen. This would be the wiser option I think.

If there's a mix of both, that's something that I probably can't afford lol

TLDR.: I'm probably looking for a newer multimedia (read, low end nice screen) laptop or an older business laptop
Perfect working condition, unscratched screen, don't care about other aesthetics!

Specs I'm looking for
Minimum specs:
- in perfect working order when plugged in
- Core i5 or i7 ( i3 or other new dual/quad core is okay as well depending on other specs and price)
- 2GB+ Ram (some ppl have gone mad and remove it for privacy reasons. Noticed that this has become a trend on German Ebay. Please don't, it just makes no sense and makes the laptop worthless for non-business buyers)
- around 14" minimum, bigger is fine!
- properly working good Wifi (n)
- unscathed, perfectly working screen! Full range of backlighting is a must! 1-2 dead pixels may be acceptable.
- perfectly working keyboard and trackpad (if some obscure button needs to be pushed a little harder then usual or it's missing, that's fine)
- if body is plastic, no dents or broken/cracked parts on it would be preferred. If body is metal, some dents are acceptable, broken/cracked corners and such are still not. All sorts of scratches that did not penetrate the body are fine though!

Preferred stuff:
- a real GPU (Nvidia prefered for compatibility reasons, but any will do)
- HDD or SSD included (some ppl take out to use later / privacy reasons, this actually makes sense lol)
- 1600*900 or higher res screen
- German or similar keyboard layout (like the ones with the extra button next to the left shift and such)
- working battery (2-3 hours of work time preferred, but not entirely necessary if it can be replaced)

Bonus stuff:
- 5gig / ac Wifi
- card reader
- fingerprint scanner
- backlit keyboard

I don't care if
-it has a webcam
-it has scratches on any other surface than the screen or trackpad
-it is pink and covered in roses/fake diamonds and such (that's what I got an airbrush and a dremel for)

Payment preferred through PayPal!

If you have something that you think might be of interest to me, please post here or send a private message!
Thanks for looking!

For those of you Outside the EU, please consider that I would be forced to pay +2,5% import tax and unless you can provide a bill of sale which includes VAT, an extra +27% VAT on anything I receive from you. These taxes apply on top of the price+shipping combined! Yeah, I know it's crazy and it sucks, but that's why over here, we can't ever have anything that's not at least 2 years out of date... Now, if for some reason you can manage a price+shipping that's around or less than the 200-250Euro mark with the taxes added, then by all means, send me a message :D !
