What this does is removes your name from the public leaderboards. It does not, however, put you into matches with people who have done the same. Not yet, at least.
However, to do it simply log into the RSI website, click on "MY RSI" and then MY ACCOUNT. Scroll down to SETTINGS and the last option in that section will be "OPT-OUT LEADERBOARDS".
When you do this, you can see your name greyed out on the leaderboards. If you log out and look, you won't find yourself listed.
