Great!!!! Hey, since when is North on a map to the left?
Been looking for a foresty place (like the crashed sat) for ages, went around half the planet and didn't find a single green spot like that lol. thanks!
If you're doing land navigation traveling East it is common to rotate the map so that North is left and your destination is ahead.
3.4 has been moved to the wave 1 PTU; one of the bugs fixed in this build is rotation of the orbital markers (OMs) -- for some reason their positions were not fixed on the Hurston orbit. They could be now used for navigating around Hurston.
Makes sense, so I guess the map is drawn to travel to S1, definitely not A2
I found the sat by starting Lorville, then A1 was easy, I could not find A2 I will give it a go later.

Fun fact, maps used to be made with east on top, and people used the rising sun to orient their maps. Hence, the east became known as the orient.
Protip for the blind: they do show up on the scanner.

When I first learned about Jumptown I desperately looked for an image containing this same level of simplicity. Points of reference, landmarks, highlighted areas, etc... What did I find? 20 minute videos, imgur albums with screenshots taken from 50 absurd angles, 15 point lists, and so on. All I needed was an image like the one you posted. After my first trip to Jumptown I managed to find it in the dark with ease. Good golly.
As painful as Jumptown initially was, so equal is my appreciation for the Hurston image above.
