You say this as though it's funny, but when that song came out, there was a girl named Jenny in the DFW metroplex with that exact number. I know because I was a jackass enough to call when the song came on the radio while it was initially aired. I was nice enough to advise her to turn on her radio & to which station was playing it. To the best of my knowledge, her parents changed their number soon afterwards because many more calls came flooding in.In a bathroom stall:

I do know of at least two similar stories in Australia.Wow, I wonder how many of them there were. I've heard that was supposedly a rather popular number at 1 point.
