What would that do - allow me to upgrade any ship to the Cutlass Blue? Does the upgrade have any value itself (i.e. current ship value + $X from upgrade added together as discount on cutlass blue cost?) or does it just provide the facility with no inherent value in itself?

I assume that the upgrade provides no magic LTI element, so the base ship would have to be LTI if I wanted the Blue to benefit from that?

I'm interested, just clueless ;)
