I've just restarted STALKER with the Misery mod, so much cheeki breeki.

It's in reference to the PC game series S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (which is excellent, by the way), А ну, чики-брики и в дамки! is a phrase shouted by the bandit faction therein which roughly translates to "Put a bullet in his forehead".
