The Trailer of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" has collected more than 1 Mio. DISlikes - now thats a bunch of moaners, isn't it? :D

Activision states, that they're understanding that feedback as based in their strong community and that therewith it is stated, that they are on a right path - because they invented something new, and the community doesn't like it. If the community hasn't answered like that, that would've been a worse signal - argumented by the developers.

Well, dear Activision Blizzard: if MY understanding is correct, the reaction on the CoD-Trailer in 2017 will be a lonely call of a nightingale :D

But that is near to Guiness book of world records, isn't it? 1 Million dislikes (and counting)...?

I haven't played a cod since cod5 waw so I cannot really say much about it, I like the music in the trailer though :D

But dislikes are still attention. and thats pretty much all cod needs to be successful.

after seeing the mentality of a lot of console gamers, I look at this as a good thing, all these dislikes may mean the game has actual content that holds your attention more then 5 to 10 minutes at a time.

I see nothing wrong with this trailer, its perfectly fine.

Too many people go online to see how they should feel about it. They see the bitching and want to be a part of it.

Concur.
I think the game looks freaking awesome. I love destruction and heart wrenching defeats. Anything that makes you feel emotion is damn good, in my books anyways. I believe the word is "immersion".

I may actually pick this one up. Just for shits and giggles. And booms and pew pewing. And all the feels

Ha. True fact. At the end of the day, the studio still makes its money. :P
I think its a symptom of modern society, all this bitching and complaining and entitlement. And the media/propaganda/marketing folks have learned to tap right into that. Kudos to them.

Sounds a lot like a lot of SC backers. Constantly bitching they're a few days or week late on patches and say nothing has been done with the game when you can see clear progress if you simply look back a few months. I think they expect CR to shit gold.

Patience is a virtue (unless you're looking for your monocle and top hat, ha) that has been long forgotten within this modern society we have. Everyone wants what they want, and they want it NOW. Good lord, some of the best games we play take YEARS to develop. Like 5-7 years.

I, for one, am perfectly happy with the way the game is developing. Couldn't be happier.
