Beer Garden??

I think this would make a perfect place for a Beer Garden. A few plastic plants, some pinball machines, pool table and a mini bar with tappers piped in to the bar below is all we need. Well maybe a Biltong vending machine.

Is this some location you glitched into? Nice view, if you can get enough beverages up there, I'd vote for it to be TEST HQ on a temporary basis. I'll drink anywhere!

It's on top of G-loc bar. I ran up the slanted side on the left during PTU. I'm surprised it worked. I should try it again in PU.
