Could not get the "TEST Squadron is Best Squadron" working (I imagine that result is based upon your past history :P) But I got this working while logged out Google without any cache/history.

This is precisely how I found TEST. I think I was probably hammered, and in a ship buying frenzy with no thought as to the effect on my bank account. Seemed like a good fit. Still seems like a good fit.
