Thank you Seung, I hadn't heard about that.
For general consumption here is a link to an article on BBC news. Looks like this is the 2012 hacked data. If you are one of the affected users (and are still using the password in place from the time of the theft) then you should find that your password has been reset next time you log on.

Tough to say, but I suspect that it may have been their entire user-base. 68 million accounts apparently. The 2012 dropbox blog post regarding the incident downplays it too much to get a good idea of the scope - https://blogs.dropbox.com/dropbox/2012/07/security-update-new-features/
If you would like to check if any of your accounts have been hacked, the ones where the hacked data has been made publicly available (including the 68 million dropbox accounts) can be checked at sites like this one - https://haveibeenpwned.com. If you have any concerns then I can strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, it makes a huge difference to the level of security. Well, that and making absolutely sure that you have unique passwords for all your assorted accounts. :)
