Well, I believe it should be a subsection of tech support. Tech therapy for people with PTTD or "Post Traumatic Tech Disorder". This particular item, during my first deployment, decided to format itself deleting all my movies, games, and quite a few important "personal" documents... Decided to play some half-life one day and i got greeted with the first use screen.
