I'm experimenting with that since beginning 2016. First tried to live on a vegan basis. Didn't work out for me. Changed it to vegetarian, which is quite o.K. but brings forth acute shortage especially of iron and vitamin B12. Currently, I've started with a gluten-free week. Goal is to try the vegetarian-Ayurvedic diet.
