I propose for 2.6 that test use their caterpillars to capture small asteroids by scooping them up with the front bay of the caterpillar and dump them around various places on port Olisar. Any takers?

I am pretty sure the starfarer is shall we say larger. That being said if you open the cargo doors on the starfarer can you insert the catapillar. Surely the catapillar can fit in that long corridor down to the front turrets?
I hypothesize that the cargo area of the Cat is quite similar to a Tardis, in that it is larger on the inside. How can we know for sure if we don't try?......at top speed. TEST science.

Thought of this at nearly the same time this morning. Will be doing it as much as possible provided they are not true static props.

When a ship moves into another ships internal coordinate system, it follows the rules of that ships gravity, movement, and whatnot. I wonder, what if a larger ship envelopes a smaller ship, will the smaller ship still get thrown into the larger ships coordinate system? If that was to happen, it could happen for asteroids as well, I think just about every entity has that property.

So, TEST with asteroids, ships, people, space stations and beer.
