TEST Office of Operational Intelligence, AKA "Let's get drunk and sneak around the Verse"

So, would anyone like to help organize this division of TEST? Activities would include Information Brokering, Espionage, Clandestine activity and Freelance Assassination... er, Problem removal, and general chicanery.

There would be three divisions, outlined thus:

1. Information Brokerage
   1. Gathering and selling information about other Organizations and NPC Governments and entities
   2. Collecting data on boss fights for TEST to use
2. Bounty Hunting
   1. Self Explanatory
   2. Also used for TEST bounties
3. Section 51
   1. Members of this section cannot acknowledge they are members
   2. Members of this section cannot acknowledge that they can't acknowledge they are members
   3. Kill people, overthrow governments, conquer the Verse in the name of TEST (but secretly, of course)

The idea of selling information that could help overthrow rival orgs is very appealing to me, though I might go the bounty hunting route. I suck at espionage.

I don't like the Org espionage aspect. Sneaking into other orgs to damage them, that's just wrong. I think we should have a nuke policy. Anyone who does it to us is placed on our hitlist, and the entire org gathers to destroy them. But we don't participate ourselves. Oher than that, it's all in good fun.

I can see that. We wouldn't actively overthrow over orgs, but if there's the ability to destabilize an NPC government or two, I think it would be fun to do that.

Also, it's not to "infiltrate" other orgs, but simply gather information that they would rather not leak.... I mean, after all, that's a pretty nice Org you've got goin' there... would be a shame if anything were to... happen to it...

But seriously, if there's a rival org who is encroaching on our territory (wherever that may be), I'm a first strike kinda guy. Information is one way to deal with a threat (mainly, leaking information that they may attempt to swoop in on an ally after a boss fight, or something along those lines).
