You at McCoy? I was in a unit that fell under the 88TH fro a while. I was never stationed at Carson but lived in the springs for about 12 years. When in Germany I was in Kitzigen and Ansbach under 1ID before they moved back stateside. The good old days....
I've always wanted to be in the military but always been too much of a pussy.

Them Russians come over the border, they won't know what hit them. Me neither, because I wouldn't be the one hitting them. I'd be in the last line of defense at whatever objective we are covering, with a lot of guys in front of me who'd be rightfully pissed if our gourmet van got blown.

The Pyro and NAS Agana Guam are razor blades / closed, the other 2 ships will sink the first time this nation attacks a country capable of modern warfare. As far as intel collecting, I've personally been out for over a decade, the only thing to gather from me are my stale farts.
Nobody wants 50+ yr old kidneys, especially after they have filtered 78956761297 gallons of booze. Besides, I hear people are into Chinese when it comes to parts.
I'll have you know our COMSEC is the best, we have the greatest COMSEC. If I could tell you all about our COMSEC I would.

You don't give enough classes to us on how not to suck :p Make it into a powerpoint, email it to me, and ill forget about it. Then right before we deploy ill dig it up and turn a 4 day class into a 1 hour class since we are short on time.

when i first became an officer and an instructor, i thought powerpoint was the most amazing thing. I had never really used powerpoint up until then, and were doing more low tech lessons, but becoming changed my mind. Like you could have everything on your slides so you didn't forget anything. And all the other officers and instructors used them extensively.
So i started studying powerpoint, got myself one of those fine powerpoint remotes, and trying to figure out how to powerpoint.
Then after using that for a short while thankfully, i started reading more in depth about powerpoint.
That is when i fell over the holy grail of powerpoint.
KISS.
So now i rarely use powerpoint anymore.
