If you are one of those who generally hate apps in a browser and rather have a seperate app for it, i wrapped spectrum into a windows app:
you can download it here:
https://img.test.wtf/spectrum/Spectrum-by-TEST-0.1.0.7z
Open Spectrum.exe, voila!
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - DON'T BLAME ME IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING (and are amazed by vapsyvox skills)
VirusTotal Scan:

What is it actually and how did you do it?
There is no sorcery involved, it is Electron, a wrapper for webpages, similiar to what Discord does.

It is the app "nativefier" that uses Electron to automatically wrap any webpage. You can do it yourself if you don't trust the premade app.
EDIT:
Electron version: 1.6.0. beta
added TEST Logo
