Drunk Cooking

My fellow TESTies, it's been more than a year since I streamed my last drunk cooking show, and being freshly single, I'm trying to get back to doing things that I had really enjoyed.

In that vein, I'm gonna get drunk, cook, and have a good time with anyone who stops by the stream

Right now I'm thinking chicken pot pie, and I might try for a vaguely puff pastry crust, and if anyone's got suggestions for sides or anything, I'm all ears!

I'll be starting at around 5:30 EST, I'd love to see some TESTies!

Well, I'm Irish, I'm drunk most of the time....no slam or stereotype, I just like to drink...so I cook drunk all the time. I love the idea of a streamer doing it...I'll be finishing lunch when you start, so it will be afternoon beer time for me. I am gonna try to be there.

I think I've got all my ingredients lined up, now it's just a matter of figuring out how to set up my cameras in the new kitchen and pouring a drink!

Should be ~20-30 min

Great I'll tune in next time if time zones erc work out. I think us single guys need to support each other to make 100% sure we don't accidently lapse back into a relationship. *shudders*

I don't bother streaming though as I cant cook, so it's simply "Butuz's drunk takeaway eating" which, unfortunately, appears to be not so interesting for twitch viewers. I had one viewer once, he came in, typed into the chat "shite" and then I went back to 0 viewers....

I had the same thing happen, that was how I knew I was doing something right!

The chicken pot pie came out looking great, until I dropped it on the floor(no way the beer had anything to do with that). I'm still a little salty about the mess and loss of food, but when I get over myself I can do chimichangas for sure!

And if anyone has any ideas for improving audio, I'm all ears!
