I'm terrible, and I probably put in way too much time to do this, and there is probably a shortcut I could have taken to make this, and it would look a million times better by someone who knows what they're doing.

use shift click with pencil tool to create the quadrants then copy and rotate each frame 90 degrees clockwise - that with keep the aspect ration correct as is moves
