Part #3 of my "explained in 3 minutes"-series*. This time I TESTed around with magnetic letters instead of drawing.
Lessons learned: LOTs of more work, the visual result is...at least questionable. But under the line, the video outcome is funny and somehow unique, haha :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::smile:

LTI will save me lots of credits over time with a large fleet. That is credits which I will not have to grind out, letting me relax and enjoy the game all the more :)

@Stoutman one who hasn't watched my vid, ha :smile: You in one way or another have to look after insurances. Your hull insurance is only one part aside of other insurances you'll have to have an eye on and will not be of way more further costs.

I'm pretty sure that LTI is tied to the ship... that way you can give / sell / buy an LTI ship to / from someone else.

I'm pretty sure that LTI is tied to the ship.

In a way it is to the ship, since it's not transferable to another ship, but once that ship is destroyed then is the LTI used up? So in theory someone who owns a ship for 5 minutes in real PU loses it to some troll/pirate/griefer/drunk testie they get the one replacement and that's it? Have to buy new insurance?
Or is it so long as whoever owns that package, owns a ship of that model forever and ever. Or is it, that last one, but the caveat of the LTI expiring once that character reaches death?
There are enough variations in whats possible it leaves me to feel LTI could have some usefulness, in the case of much larger very expensive ships or rarer ships that would otherwise be difficult to obtain. But really only if the second two of the three options I listed are the chosen method.
