I just had to have a discussion with my coworker about the importance of going outside. He is 22 and has spent 1.2 years of his life playing Steam games which doesn't include WOW or other games he plays. Please, get up and go outside occasionally, everyone.

Well, in 7 years I only spent 0.24 years gaming on Steam. Ofc that doesn't include 10 years of WoW, 2 years of EVE and anything else by Blizzard, sooooo.... Nope, I'm still good for not going outside for a couple more years. Unless I run out beer and/or whiskey again.

I work outside, in the back of a store doing shipping/warehousing stuff. Behind a store. People try to run me down constantly for being where they are trying to race around the back of a store. This is the easy part of being outside, it just gets scarier from there.

Something you never want to see is the /played report....

2hrs of kendo 3 days a week is 6 hours/week
6*50=300 hrs per year
300 hrs per year*10 years = 3000 doing kendo. About 1.5 work years. Now add in the 4500 hours spent driving to and fro the dojo and that is 7500hours invested. Or about .856 years...3/5 this of that is driving to and from it...

Sad thing is.... i had 1 account on final fantasy 11 where i got over 600 days of playtime.... I had a total of 3 accounts which i did not always play at the same time..... haha...That's only 1 game in my arsenal
