In honor of my acceptance into TEST SQUADRON BEST SQUADRON, I have decided to attempt to brew a hefeweizen. Obviously after I maximize the ABV I shall dub it, Testiweizen! May the "Chris Roberts" be with me.

I have been doing extract brewing on and off for awhile. I want to create a 10 gallon gravity setup! Just got a new job too so hopefully I will be able to afford the equipment!

Yep! Its really not that difficult. There are plenty of recipes online and instructions on setup and required equipment. Youtube is my best friend.

I've become an IPA guy. I like the hops. High IBU's.
Ah, see thats where we diverge my friend. I can only handle so much hops haha.
I used to be the same way. It's a recently acquired taste for me.
I just mix liquor with sodas or something for a casual drinking experience and varying buzz's
Try this one then if you like smokey flavors,

2 shots bourbon of choice (unflavored)
1 shot campari
1 shot sweet vermouth
Add Ice to desired temp/taste.
One of my all time favorites.
