They said you can hire someone in a pioneer to build an outpost for you, we need a TEST real estate division!
If that is the only way to get them that will make those ships pretty valuable.

Pointless owning a claim when we can just take whatever we want anyways. We can move to a non UEE system and own the entire planet and charge a renters fee for anyone outside the org wanting to mine and do any activity under our umbrella or protection.

Since we are test we can just crash in formation no land ownership needed!
At this point the tech exists to procedural create an entire galaxy with unique systems and planets. I wonder if things will ever expand into thousands or millions of systems all open for exploration.
I think formation will be the hard part. We may all devolve into one big tumbling ball'o'ship while crashing onto our claim.
