FO4VR is very much playable of the Oculus Rift. Use these two mods

Only two negative things
The map is a bit of a pain and sometimes I have to fast travel twice to get across the map as I can not scroll all the way across.
The PIP boy left and right sub menu takes a bit of fiddling but you will get used to it
None of these two are game breakers

Also you can use your old saves from the none VR version.
On my PC I went into C > users> my name> documents> my games.
the folders for Fallout and Fallout VR are next to each other,
open fallout go into the saves folder, copy a save and post it in the same place in the fallout VR folder.
I'm guessing that Skyrim will work also when it is released.
