Unable to spawn a ship in the PTU right now, and it is from a 3-rd party so take with a grain of salt, but while I was seated on a comfortable bench looking out the glass onto Crusader someone in chat reported buying at 16 and selling at 32, not sure what commodity but sounds like variability is making its' way in.

Inform the Underpants Gnomes immediately!

Of course, you still can't take off. Even when I finally managed to spawn a ship, it was still missing seats and doors.
