It's dry for now. But it's completely gutted. Wifey and I will mop and whatnot this weekend, then move all the salvaged shit back in from the garage, onto pallets (in case it floods again). In the meantime, we hurry up and wait. Wait for insurance, wait for spring, wait to dig up the wall and inspect the job that was done last fall.

Wait wait wait. And the whole time we're out half a house.
