I don't have a clue what it is, but when I saw it, it sure peaked my interest.

it look like to me that the 2 fins can be retracted.
kind of odd object.
It s also deposited on a table of some sort so it s small accessory.
I dont go for the missile/rocket speculation because the item seems a little worn off and alot of scratch make it for me something you use alot.

It looks better than most ships. It's like a cross between SC / Cyberpunk 2077 art styles.

Autonomous WMD would be cool. Program it with target info, fire and forget. Scours the universe, seeking out the target wherever it may be and blows it to hell and back. Also reports back all the good beer stops it finds.
