Why is this even a question? Of course we will make our own faction.
How will it work?
Do we all share a settlement and defend/build it together?
Because thats going to be total disaster!

I can see us naturally gravitating together to take over a server. Then we get way more drunk than usual, and someone finds a missile silo and says "What does *hic* this button do?" and blows up our own settlement. Naturally drunk finding a key for the silo in order to gain access.

This is definitely happening. As much as I love FO4, this is going to scratch the itch and issue I have with a lot of friends. Some like fall out, others like pubg, others like survival games. This should combined everyone niche points to make an enjoyable experience to tide over until we have some real gameplay.
We'll start with a brewery. What could go wrong?

Food, water, housing, weapons? Nope the brewery comes first! Then food.
Water comes first doesn't it? Then brewery. And if we brew space guiness then we also have food in a cup! Empty cans and barrels can be used as weapons.
All power armor shall be converted to run on alcohol.

We'll have to keep replacing power armors after a certain vision-impaired bird gets them stuck in swamps or eaten by mutated monsters during his drunken morning strolls.
