Wow, this game just amazes me (this coming from a certified, getting crotchety guy looking forward to yelling "Get off my lawn" in a couple of years).
IRL, I was up before dawn to get some play time in before going to work...in game, I woke up in Lorville and saw the pre-dawn sky:

Took me a couple of minutes to find my way around, and by the time I did, I could see the sun was starting to rise:

Stood around to take it all in:

So I made my way over back to the window to snap more photos:

And watched that Hammerhead take off! Amazeballs!

I'm getting ready to throw my wallet at the Anniversary Sale! lol

Thanks for this. How are the new missions? I'm most interested in those that can be flown in a fighter, or maybe even a Raven--no transports. Are there missions aplenty?

It's never to early to start yelling "Get off my lawn". Keeps the young whipper snappers on their toes!

Funny you mention that, the last patch put in the ambient audio for Lorville, and as you walk around one of the announcements is for selling housing, "available at every price point."

Every price point, even dollar store prices? What, do they give you a cardboard box to live in in the ally for a dollar?

The latest patch seems worse, (unless it was my instance) FPS at 23 ish, the pop up was awful, as I walked benches popped up just before I walked into them. It was nice to spawn at Lorville but spawning a ship was a hit and miss affair with all pads full. too many players not enough pads maybe.
Anyone else having more luck?
